I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location right opposite the beach and near the casino. The rooms were spacious and quiet, offering great facilities and comfortable beds, despite facing a brick wall view. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who even helped plan our SanSebastian trip. Although the beton cire decor needs some urgent renovation, the location was still fantastic and suited us perfectly.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were good sized, very comfortable, and recently refurbished with a very good shower, although a bit small for 4 people. The service was excellent, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, offering immediate access to the beach front and nearby attractions. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a nice variety of choices. However, the hotel had a few areas that might not suit everyone perfectly.
